What's covered
Reinstatement to NRSWA Spec, signing/lighting/guarding, traffic management, breaking out, backfilling and excavation. Most operatives work as part of a civils gang on telecoms, water, gas or power programmes.
Required tickets
SWQR operative units — LA and O1 as a baseline, plus the excavation and reinstatement units (O2-O8) matching the works. Supervisors need the equivalent supervisor units. CSCS is normally required for site access.
