Streetworks Accreditation

Streetworks accreditation can feel like alphabet soup — NRSWA, CSCS, SA001, EUSR, SHEA. This guide breaks down which tickets you actually need, in what order, and how to keep them current.

Start with CSCS and NRSWA

The two universal site-access tickets. CSCS gets you on site; NRSWA gets you working in the highway. Most operatives will need both within their first few months.

Layer on sector tickets

Once you're on site, add the sector-specific accreditations: SA001/SA002/SA006 for Openreach work, SHEA for energy and water, EUSR for water hygiene. Each opens up different programmes.

Plan your renewals

Cards expire on different cycles. Use Utiliteasy's certification tracker to keep every card current — expired cards lose site access immediately.
